Elephants are incredible creatures, majestic and grand. Elephants have been symbols of spirituality and inspired artists and dreamers in many cultures. They are emotional and sensitive, intelligent and capable of complex emotions. They can laugh, cry, play and are herd animals so they form strong “family” bonds with the other members of their herd.

The elephant’s roaming, beauty, and their deep connection to each other continually amaze me. I’ve been working on an animal, human love story that stars an elephant and I am determined to bring the plight of the elephant to the forefront through meaningful storytelling.

Hello Everyone,

I'm here right now in Indianapolis singing my heart out and everyone is soooooooo nice!
It's really wonderful to get back up on stage again.  There's just nothing quite like a live audience and I'm relishing every moment.  More to come!!!!

I'm also very excited to be working on getting my next directing project together.  Closer than ever to getting a book I've been following for the last 8 years.  I'll let you know how that goes and when I have it I can talk about it more.  But, suffice to say, I'm THRILLED at the prospect of it really happening now.

I've been enjoying spending a lot of time with my children and husband, Gildart.  Sometimes it's nice to have some time to just be Mom.  They are just finishing up Spring Break and we had such fun just being at home, playing.  We really did nothing but play, play, play.  I'm determined that my girls get a good, old fashioned childhood, filled with lots of time to just play outdoors, pretend games, and imagine!
